We produce our wines according to tradition, making the skins remain in the fermentation tanks for 48 hours. Our goal is to enhance and defend the Sicilian wine as an agricultural product culture in a global market that is becoming increasingly commercial. The BachYnum is our best wine, produced with passion and professionalism in every year, which brings with it the characteristics that distinguish it and make it always different. We produce wines from Nero d’Avola, considered among the best in the world. We winemakers for five generations, our company covers ten hectares of land many of which are vineyards.
