The “Corte del Sole” is now a 4 star hotel in the heart of the Val di Noto. Our structure loves remember their roots and their cultural identity, bound to the land that surrounds it, made of heat, cordiality and hospitality to our customers. The “Corte del Sole” revolves around the beam, a small courtyard, composed of white stone that once characterized the working life of the farm. On warm summer evenings becomes the ideal place for parties, food and wine events and moments of fun. The hotel built in the ruins of one of the largest farms in the area, possession of the family Ernandez / Sallicano from ‘1700. The recovery was wanted and coordinated Carlo and Gianfranco Pintaldi who attended at the forefront in carrying out the project, taking care of the smallest detail the choice of materials used. One of the peculiarities related to the history of the farm is that until the ’60s was inhabited and productive.
