The farmhouse “Il ciliegio dell’Etna” is located in St. Giovanni Montebello, a suburb of Giarre, in the province of Catania. The building is located on the slopes of Etna and not far from the sea. From the terrace you can admire a spectacular panorama that goes from Taormina until the coasts of Catania. “The cherry Etna” includes an old house 800, now carefully restored retaining its original architecture. And it is surrounded by 8 hectares of cultivated land of citrus orchard (clementines, mandarins, lemons, oranges, and Miyakawa mapo) and fruit (mostly cherries “Mastrantonio” PDO). The structure, wheelchair accessible, has rooms with private bath, change of linen, TV and air conditioning. The restaurant is for us a source of pride: our cuisine aims to retain its traditional recipes using only Sicilian food, homemade pasta, cottage cheese, bread, genuine meats and canned fruit we produce. For years, we specialize in the management of weddings and events of all kinds: our brand new air conditioned rooms and panoramic, the gazebo and green areas are waiting for you to make every moment memorable.
